Leads the full HR function across four divisions and 200+ employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, training, performance management, employment-law compliance, safety coordination, HR reporting, investigations, workforce planning, and process improvement. The role partners with managers and executives, supports hourly manufacturing and field employees, manages HR records and metrics, and ensures consistent policies across multiple states.

Leads the Project Management team overseeing signage projects from quoting and permitting through fabrication, installation, billing, and closeout. Develops staff, standardizes processes, manages compliance and financial documentation, resolves escalated client issues, qualifies subcontract installers, and improves departmental performance. The role requires expertise in signage construction, permitting, regulatory compliance, project profitability, AIA billing, certified payroll, bonds, insurance programs, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

Lead large-scale signage projects from kickoff through installation: manage clients, contractors, schedules, permits, budgets, risks, and documentation. Mentor junior PMs and drive process improvements to deliver high-quality signage solutions on time and on budget.
