The UX/UI Designer will develop and maintain a design system, translate product requirements into design flows, prototype workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive design system adoption.

The Solutions Engineer will design, build, and deliver production solutions for customers using Archetype AI, working on full-stack applications, integrations, and data processing pipelines in environments involving predictive maintenance and industrial IoT.

Provide high-trust executive support to CEO and COO, manage complex calendars, travel, meeting prep, expenses, and communications. Oversee San Mateo office operations, visitor experience, vendor relationships, events, and health & safety. Own new-hire onboarding, HR/admin support, recruiting coordination, and operational processes. Lead cross-functional projects to scale systems and execute strategic initiatives.
