Supports client PR and social media accounts by executing campaigns, writing press releases, articles, blog posts, event plans, and presentations, and proposing public relations ideas. Conducts research and media monitoring to track industry trends, competitors, and broader market factors. Collaborates with clients and internal teams to deliver communication strategies and effective campaign execution.

Lead earned media strategy and execution for technology clients, including story development, reporter pitching, executive counsel, media training, and rapid-response communications. Build meaningful coverage across business, technology, and trade outlets while advising clients on announcements and news opportunities. Coach junior colleagues, support new business efforts, and contribute to agency-wide media initiatives. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, client counsel, autonomy, and the ability to understand complex technical businesses.

Manage integrated communications, social media, digital marketing, content, and creative campaigns for a major technology client. Serve as a day-to-day client contact, coordinate agency teams and partners, oversee timelines, budgets, approvals, reporting, and campaign optimization, and support strategy, briefs, recommendations, and performance reviews. Identify delivery risks, maintain workflow momentum, and contribute proactive ideas across regional and multi-market campaigns.
