The role requires adapting tone across audiences and industries, collaborating with creative, strategy, and account teams, managing briefs and deadlines, and refining content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency.

Provides technical support to regional and global users, serving as an escalation point for technology consultants. Manages onboarding, offboarding, ticketing, user education, device deployment, hardware and software troubleshooting, endpoint security, infrastructure support, and technology adoption initiatives. Administers cloud productivity, identity, collaboration, networking, and endpoint-management platforms while supporting global technology projects and asset management.

Lead a hands-on design function, developing concepts, executing high-quality work, mentoring designers, shaping creative processes, and presenting to clients. The role focuses on B2B technology, digital marketing, brand and commercial design across multiple formats and channels. Responsibilities include design ownership from concept through delivery, client collaboration, pitches and workshops, and exploring AI-native workflows using Figma AI, ChatGPT, Codex and emerging creative tools.
