Shoot on-location at events and offices, edit polished on-brand videos, manage media libraries, collaborate with social/marketing teams, and deliver fast-turnaround assets that communicate complex professional services clearly.

Support daily administrative and operational functions for a tax and financial services firm: client communication, workflow tracking, document management, basic IT liaison, billing support, appointment scheduling, and office maintenance. Ensure accuracy, deadline adherence, and smooth coordination between staff, leadership, and clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Manage complex business tax engagements (1120s, 1065s); serve as primary client contact; provide tax planning and guidance; assist with compilations/reviews; review junior staff work; handle tax notices and audits; and support workflow management during busy season.
