Manage daily office operations, supervise administrative staff, maintain vendor relationships, develop policies and workflows, track expenses and invoices, oversee procurement and inventory, serve as client contact, and coordinate office logistics including space planning and maintenance.

Lead the tax function including compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy for complex corporate, partnership, and individual matters. Mentor and manage a large tax team, provide technical review and advisory on transactions and restructurings, ensure compliance with tax laws and GAAP/IFRS, and drive business growth through strategic tax planning.

Lead complex tax engagements, advise clients on tax strategy and planning, review sophisticated returns, supervise and mentor tax staff, manage multiple engagements, drive business development, and support practice growth and operations.
