The role maintains accurate records, assists with close procedures and AP/AR, conducts tax research, collaborates with senior accountants, communicates with clients and internal teams, and contributes to process improvement. It is designed for an early-career professional developing accounting, tax, reporting, and client-service expertise.

Lead the tax department and oversee compliance, reporting, planning, research, audits, and tax strategy for business and individual clients. Review federal, state, local, and international returns; manage ASC 740 provisions; mentor staff; maintain quality controls; advise business owners and high-net-worth individuals; monitor legislative changes; and improve processes through tax technology.

Leads the tax practice, oversees complex federal, state, local, and international tax engagements, and advises clients on compliance, planning, transactions, audits, and controversy matters. The role manages and develops tax professionals, serves as a technical tax resource, supports business development and client retention, and drives process improvements and technology adoption. It also oversees tax provision reporting, including ASC 740 compliance, when applicable.
