Lead the tax function including compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy for complex corporate, partnership, and individual matters. Mentor and manage a large tax team, provide technical review and advisory on transactions and restructurings, ensure compliance with tax laws and GAAP/IFRS, and drive business growth through strategic tax planning.

Provide hands-on bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation for small- to mid-sized business clients. Maintain QuickBooks Online records, process payroll, perform bank and credit card reconciliations, support year-end close, coordinate with tax teams, communicate with clients, and help improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

Independently perform accounting and tax functions across client engagements: prepare journal entries, manage month-/year-end close, analyze financial statements, prepare individual/partnership/business tax returns, conduct tax research, communicate with clients, and recommend GAAP-based accounting and tax treatments while managing multiple engagements.
