Responsible for the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of core systems, implementing infrastructure, maintaining cloud-native services, and developing automation solutions.

Lead compensation cycles, including merit, promotion, and off-cycle processes. Develop global salary structures through market pricing and benchmarking, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and executives on compensation governance, pay equity, job architecture, and incentive design. Analyze complex compensation data, communicate rewards philosophies, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Own conceptual sizing and configuration of next-generation eVTOL aircraft. Build and maintain Python-based vehicle sizing, optimization, and multidisciplinary design frameworks; integrate structures, aerodynamics, propulsion, and mass properties; lead configuration trade studies; manage sizing convergence and margins; support requirements, proposals, cost, and schedules; and present vehicle performance and trade rationale to customers and partners.
