Teams at Archer Aviation

Lead end-to-end technical program management for Archer Intelligence software initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams through scoping, development, release, and sustainment. Integrate aviation safety and certification milestones, manage agile development and CI/CD release processes, drive risk mitigation, and communicate program status to senior leadership while supporting AI/ML model deployment and post-release sustainment.

Lead design, standardization, automation, and observability of Archer's multi-site hybrid network (campus, branch, data center, SD-WAN, and AWS). Drive architecture reviews, implement LAN/WAN and security integrations (Palo Alto, SD‑WAN, AWS), introduce IaC/automation, build telemetry and dashboards, troubleshoot escalations, and mentor the networking team.

Design, develop, and scale backend services and infrastructure for AI products and IoT fleets. Build highly available, observable systems (progressive OTA, distributed tracing), collaborate with AI teams, optimize cost and portability, and mentor junior engineers.
