Design and ship end-to-end consumer aviation products across iOS, Android, mobile web, and web apps. Lead product explorations, conduct user research, apply analytics and feedback to refine experiences, and maintain high design quality. The role requires designing for casual flyers, aviation enthusiasts, and pilots while collaborating with product and engineering teams in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment.

Provides first-tier HR support and manages employee lifecycle operations, including Workday data updates, HR inquiries, LMS administration, records maintenance, onboarding and offboarding, I-9 processing, and process improvement. Coordinates with Recruiting, IT, Facilities, and managers while ensuring accurate, confidential, compliant employee documentation.

Partners with employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, improving People Team processes and policies, managing offboarding, supporting employee relations, performance and compensation cycles, and ensuring employment-law compliance. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes feedback, supports audits and investigations, and advises on HR policies and workplace concerns. The role is fully onsite in San Jose five days per week.
