Serves as the primary contact for parish, school, and public inquiries. Manages and tracks cases in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, maintains accurate records, resolves issues, communicates with customers, coordinates with internal teams, supports user training, and contributes to process improvements. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, empathy, conflict resolution, and knowledge of Roman Catholic Church structure and procedures.
