Performs cemetery grounds and interment duties including grave setup, sealing, backfilling, sod replacement, mowing, trimming, pruning, driving/operating cemetery vehicles and equipment, janitorial tasks, funeral attendant support, and routine equipment maintenance under supervisor direction.

Operate and maintain cemetery heavy equipment (backhoe, mower, dump truck), prepare and backfill graves, maintain grounds and flowerbeds, perform janitorial tasks, assist funerals, train other grounds workers, complete maintenance reports and inventories, and follow safety procedures.
