Provide front-line information and assistance to cemetery patrons; handle clerical duties like typing, filing, answering phones, and processing burial/memorial permits. Support the Manager with correspondence, inventory, contract processing, and record keeping; prepare interment documentation and certificates. May assist families in Spanish and assume other office roles as needed.

Leads the Archdiocese’s Catholic school leadership formation strategy, including leader recruitment, development, curriculum design, professional learning, fellowship programs, and principal support. Manages staff, budgets, strategic planning, program evaluation, facilitators, and data-driven improvement efforts. Collaborates across departments to strengthen school leadership, improve student outcomes, support diversity and inclusion, and build a pipeline of emerging and experienced Catholic school leaders.

Performs cemetery grounds maintenance and funeral-site preparation, including grave setup, backfilling, lawn mowing, edging, pruning, watering, landscaping, monument trimming, trash removal, janitorial work, and equipment cleaning. Assists with interments, funeral services, priests, patrons, and funeral directors. Drives cemetery vehicles, operates equipment, maintains buildings and grounds, and performs minor maintenance as directed.
