Lead the specification, architecture, integration, verification, qualification, deployment, and operation of optical ground station systems. Own system requirements, documentation, risk management, technical partner relationships, and interoperability testing. Coordinate Agile workflows and suppliers, mentor engineers, and improve systems engineering processes using MBSE. The role requires hands-on testing, troubleshooting, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across the full engineering lifecycle.

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, manage ATS pipelines, screen and source candidates, conduct initial interviews, complete pre-employment checks, and support hiring managers. Monitor recruitment metrics, improve sourcing effectiveness, maintain accurate GDPR-compliant records, and deliver a timely, professional candidate experience across multiple vacancies.

Manage day-to-day finance operations (invoicing, payments, queries), perform month-end bookkeeping, VAT returns, cashflow forecasting and management accounts, support year-end and R&D tax credit preparation with external accountants, assist project finance and grant reporting, and support the CFO on special projects and finance system improvements.
