Perform simulation and analysis to optimize optical space-to-ground laser communication links: forecast link availability, estimate and optimise link performance, run network-level simulations, analyse large datasets, and communicate results through reports and visualisations to inform site selection and network architecture.

Assemble, integrate, and test optomechanical subsystems and optical ground stations; develop and operate test/ground-support equipment; manage outsourced components and inventory; document and improve manufacturing processes; support field deployment, installation, maintenance, and international travel for customer systems.

Manage day-to-day finance operations (invoicing, payments, queries), perform month-end bookkeeping, VAT returns, cashflow forecasting and management accounts, support year-end and R&D tax credit preparation with external accountants, assist project finance and grant reporting, and support the CFO on special projects and finance system improvements.
