Lead an actuarial team supporting P&C Programs: perform profitability and large-account pricing analyses, monitor pricing and underwriting mix, build pricing and monitoring tools, conduct actuarial studies to improve methodologies, and partner with predictive analytics to deploy advanced models.

Lead the end-to-end controllership and financial operations for ceded reinsurance, managing billing, bordereaux, collateral, close activities, reconciliations, forecasting, SOX controls and audit interactions. Build and scale the team, partner cross-functionally (underwriting, claims, actuarial, treasury, IT) and optimize reinsurance accounting processes and reporting for treaty and facultative business.

Serve as strategic advisor to the Chief Claims Officer, lead cross-functional claims projects, drive process improvements and change management, analyze claims data to recommend optimizations, mentor project teams, and report progress and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
