Serve as fractional corporate counsel for startups and growth-stage technology companies, advising on formations, governance, founder matters, equity, financings, secondaries, diligence, and smaller M&A transactions. Develop standardized legal playbooks, templates, and AI-assisted workflows while coordinating with employment, commercial, product, and engineering teams. The engagement is part-time, remote, and contractor-based, with a minimum availability of 10 hours weekly.

Build and run the operational backbone of an AI-native law firm. Own cross-functional processes across legal, customer success, and go-to-market teams; improve customer operations, enable legal delivery, document systems, track service levels, manage vendors and billing, and remove operational friction. The role requires exceptionally high ownership, organization, urgency, and execution in an in-person, fast-paced startup environment.

Provide fractional employment counsel to fast-growing technology companies across the full employee lifecycle. Advise on hiring, classification, wage-and-hour issues, multi-state workforce compliance, policies, leave, accommodations, performance, separations, workplace investigations, restrictive covenants, and equity matters. Develop legal playbooks, templates, and AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with product and engineering teams. This is a remote, part-time contractor role requiring at least 10 hours weekly.
