Generate qualified pipeline through high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn. Prospect, qualify leads, book meetings, and provide feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and the outbound sales motion. The role requires strong ownership, resilience, urgency, organization, and entrepreneurial execution in an in-person San Francisco startup environment.

Provides commercial, product, and privacy legal counsel to technology companies as an extension of their in-house teams. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, advising on product and privacy matters, identifying risks, building review playbooks, operating legal technology, improving workflows, partnering with product, engineering, and operations teams, and maintaining quality and turnaround standards.

Build and run the operational backbone of an AI-native law firm. Own cross-functional processes across Legal, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams; improve customer operations and legal delivery; document playbooks; remove process friction; and manage general operations including billing, vendors, scheduling, and office support.
