Provide remote administrative, analytical, and technical support across the federal grants lifecycle (pre-award, award, post-award, monitoring, reporting) using eGMS and tracking systems. Conduct completeness reviews, prepare draft eligibility and budget analyses, support peer review panels, produce reports/dashboards, track compliance and reporting, process grant changes, assist with Section 508 materials, maintain audit-ready documentation, and protect sensitive PII in accordance with federal regulations (2 CFR 200).

Lead contractor interface overseeing correspondence, records, content, FOIA, FACA, and Section 508 compliance. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk/quality controls, briefings, and deliverables. Manage contractor personnel, coordinate with CO/COR and ORMS leadership, support process improvement, transition planning, and knowledge transfer to ensure contract compliance and performance.

Provide specialized pediatric psychological services for ages 0–21 including assessment, testing, diagnosis, outpatient psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and inpatient consults. Collaborate with military medical teams, schools, and community agencies; complete written reports; respond to consultation requests and participate in patient-wellness programs.

Provide on-site interpretation and diagnostic consultation for the full range of radiologic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, mammography), perform routine radiologic and minor interventional procedures, and dictate reports into the Electronic Health Record.

Provide on-site interpretation of diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, mammography), perform routine radiologic procedures and minor interventional biopsies, dictate findings to the EHR, and consult with medical staff. Must meet MQSA requirements for mammography.

Provide on-site clinical psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for military family members; participate in Family Advocacy Program, performance improvement, training, documentation, emergency response, and use military medical systems while complying with DOD/MTF/HIPAA policies.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the NINR Office of the Director: manage calendars, meetings, travel, communications, records, reports, events, onboarding, procurement, and office workflows while maintaining confidentiality and improving administrative processes.

Support federal information governance, FOIA, Privacy Act, FACA, records management, and Section 508 accessibility programs. Perform records searches, document collection, tracking, lifecycle management, accessibility testing/remediation, SOP and report development, SharePoint/content management, compliance research, meeting support, and process improvement. Coordinate with program managers, records officers, FOIA and accessibility specialists to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant information management and administrative operations.

Provide on-site clinical psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment; participate in Family Advocacy and performance improvement activities; document care per MTF and Joint Commission standards; operate military clinical systems; comply with HIPAA and DoD/DoN policies; provide training, emergency response, and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Provide front-desk reception, customer service, scheduling, and accurate data entry for the Military & Family Readiness Center at Robins AFB. Maintain records and reports, support program scheduling, meet performance metrics, comply with DoD security and privacy requirements, and coordinate with government personnel.

Provide onsite pediatric psychology services (birth–21) and adult crisis care at Naval Hospital Okinawa. Conduct assessments, administer and interpret testing, diagnose per DSM-IV, provide psychotherapy and inpatient crisis intervention, complete reports, collaborate with military medical, school and community agencies, and respond to consults. Travel as required by contract.

Provide pediatric clinical psychology services (birth–21) including assessment, specialized testing, diagnosis, and psychotherapy; offer crisis intervention and adult inpatient consults; produce timely diagnostic/treatment reports; collaborate with military medical units, schools, and community agencies; follow DoD/MTF policies and DSM-IV guidelines; may travel to provide services.

Provide on-site clinical psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment; participate in Family Advocacy Program, performance improvement, trainings, emergency patient care, recordkeeping, and Clinical Information System use; comply with DoD/DoN/MTF policies, HIPAA, and maintain required certifications and licensure.

Provide FOIA, records management, FACA, Privacy Act, and Section 508 accessibility support for federal programs. Tasks include records searches, document collection and remediation, compliance reviews, SOPs, content/SharePoint management, workflow tracking, research, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure information governance and accessibility compliance.

Coordinate and participate in clinical research studies by collecting, compiling, documenting, and analyzing clinical data from charts, records, interviews, questionnaires, and diagnostic tests. Implement data collection procedures, assist in guideline determination, support monitoring and IRB administrative activities, and complete required research protection and protocol training.

Provide onsite witness coordination and litigation support at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Louisville, KY. Duties include witness communications, scheduling, travel/lodging coordination, reimbursement/voucher preparation, courtroom orientation, file/database maintenance, and coordination with courts, probation, U.S. Marshals, and investigative agencies.

Provide on-site psychiatric care and consultations for Naval Hospital patients, participate in family advocacy and performance improvement programs, document patient care per HMSI/HIPAA standards, operate DoD EHR systems, respond to emergencies, provide on-call/callback services, and comply with Navy/DoD medical and training requirements.

Provide onsite psychiatric clinical care at a Naval hospital in Yokosuka, Japan. Duties include patient consultations, mental health wellness programs, documentation using HMSI standards, participation in Family Advocacy and performance improvement, on-call/call-back services, emergency response, training staff, and using military clinical systems. Must comply with HIPAA, obtain/maintain NPI, and follow DoD/ Navy policies.
