Provide pediatric clinical psychology services (birth to 21) including assessment, specialized testing, diagnosis, outpatient psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and inpatient consults. Collaborate with military medical teams, schools, and community agencies; complete reports and consultations per guidelines and timelines. Support adult emergency and inpatient behavioral needs as required.

Work onsite in Okinawa and maintain required security clearance.

Ensure MQSA compliance and fulfill duties expected of a board-certified/eligible diagnostic radiologist.

Provide on-site psychiatric clinical care at Naval Hospital Yokosuka including consultations, mental health wellness programs, documentation to HMSI standards, participation in Family Advocacy and Performance Improvement programs, emergency and on-call coverage, training and supervision of staff, and use of military clinical systems (CHCS/AHLTA/CIS). Provide executive-level administrative support to the NINR Office of the Director: manage calendars, meetings, travel, communications, records, reports, events, onboarding, procurement, and office workflows while maintaining confidentiality and improving administrative processes.

Support federal information governance, FOIA, Privacy Act, FACA, records management, and Section 508 accessibility programs. Perform records searches, document collection, tracking, lifecycle management, accessibility testing/remediation, SOP and report development, SharePoint/content management, compliance research, meeting support, and process improvement. Coordinate with program managers, records officers, FOIA and accessibility specialists to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant information management and administrative operations.
