Teams at Arcesium

Lead client-facing solution architecture for Arcesium's data platform: conduct discovery, design scalable solutions and PoCs, run implementations, train client teams, manage stakeholders, and support sales through demos and proposals.

Serve as primary client contact for Arcesium's platform, resolving front-to-back investment operations issues (OMS, IBOR, trade capture, compliance), delivering client training, tracking inquiry trends, and collaborating with product and technical teams to onboard clients and escalate complex issues per SLAs.

Perform daily trade, position, cash, GAV/NAV, and OTC reconciliations; manage P&L analysis; liaise with internal teams and technology for reporting and UAT support.
