Leads trade affirmation, confirmation, and settlement operations for OTC derivatives and other asset classes. Oversees discrepancy resolution, settlement breaks, controls, regulatory change readiness, client onboarding, process improvements, automation initiatives, and audit support. Partners with counterparties, prime brokers, custodians, investment managers, and internal teams. Manages and develops analysts and managers while improving straight-through processing and reducing operational risk.

Own product features for a portfolio and P&L accounting platform, from concept and requirements through engineering delivery and testing. Develop product specifications, roadmaps, business test cases, and validation processes while managing risks and escalating issues. Apply accounting and fund/portfolio knowledge, collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams, and ensure accurate, timely outcomes.

Own end-to-end revenue recognition under ASC 606 and US GAAP, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, billing, revenue schedules, technical accounting memos, and disclosures. Support audits and SOX 404 controls while partnering with Sales, Legal, FP&A, Billing, Tax, and external auditors. Analyze complex contracts, manage revenue arrangements, resolve variances, and improve finance processes and automation.
