Techno-functional principal who embeds with business teams to map and re-engineer processes, translate requirements into buildable delivery artifacts, lead AI-first solutions using Claude tools, partner with engineering through production, run POCs and build-vs-buy decisions, mentor juniors, and deliver measurable savings, productivity gains, and risk reduction.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned financial-services clients, resolving product and operational queries within SLAs. Manage client mandates, support fund onboarding, train users, document solutions, prepare MIS reports, escalate issues, provide root-cause analysis, and coordinate with product, release, technical, and relationship teams. The role focuses on Arcesium’s middle- and back-office financial technology platform and requires permanent night-shift work.

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, resolving product, application, and operational queries within SLAs. Manage client mandates, support onboarding, train users on the platform, maintain documentation and query records, coordinate with product and release teams, escalate issues, and assist technical teams with root-cause analysis and issue resolution. This is a permanent night-shift role from 8 PM to 5 AM IST.
