Supports apartment community operations by assisting residents, leasing units, verifying applications, collecting rent, managing delinquent accounts, maintaining records, processing payments, conducting inspections, and supporting budgeting and accounting. Trains staff, models sales techniques, ensures Fair Housing compliance, and serves as acting Property Manager when needed. Requires two years of property management or related experience, basic accounting skills, software proficiency, leadership, communication, and schedule flexibility.
