Provides professional nursing care to assisted-living residents, including assessments, medication oversight, treatments, emergency response, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams; supervises and trains healthcare employees; supports quality assurance, emergency preparedness, employee health screenings, incident investigations, and medical equipment and supply management.

Assists the Programs Manager with developing, coordinating, and delivering recreational, cultural, wellness, and social programs for independent and assisted living residents. Organizes outings and special events, creates program communications and calendars, tracks attendance, coordinates with departments, supports memorial services, maintains resident rapport, and troubleshoots audiovisual equipment.
