Supports the Community Relations Director through lead generation, appointment scheduling, marketing database maintenance, resident and family tours, move-in support, administrative file preparation, assessments, and marketing event coordination. The role also manages marketing materials and helps maintain welcoming model apartments while delivering strong customer service to seniors and their families.
