Teams at Arc3 Gases

Sells industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding supplies, and related equipment to walk-in and phone customers. Provides technical product guidance, customer service, order processing, complaint resolution, inventory support, and order preparation. Builds long-term customer relationships, supports the sales team, and may deliver products using a company vehicle. Requires lifting merchandise, obtaining a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, and assisting customers with equipment and welding-related needs.

Leads CO2 delivery and depot operations across an assigned territory. Oversees routing, dispatch support, installations, staffing, driver and technician performance, inventory, fleet maintenance, safety, DOT compliance, emergency response, and customer service. Coordinates with corporate and operational teams to maintain reliable routes, adequate product supply, trained personnel, compliant vehicles, and safe field operations.

Maintains customer relationships, alerts purchasing to shortages, assists with loading vehicles, and occasionally drives company vehicles for deliveries. Requires lifting up to 75 pounds, valid licensing, willingness to obtain a Class B CDL with hazmat endorsement, computer skills, and strong communication abilities.
