Leads hands-on general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, variance analysis, audit support, and internal controls. Coordinates accounting priorities, reviews team work, resolves complex transactions, and partners with other departments. Supports implementation of a new accounting system through data migration, testing, documentation, training, and process improvement.
