Build fullstack features and APIs, contribute Python backend services (Django REST or FastAPI), implement TypeScript/React (Next.js) UIs and dashboards, integrate data and third-party systems, add AI-powered product features, write tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering.

Perform outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn and events to identify and qualify mid-market accounts. Maintain CRM and pipeline, prepare customer presentations, schedule meetings, conduct market and competitor research, support partnerships and represent the company at events. Work closely with founders on strategic go-to-market projects and help drive international expansion.

Support full-stack development across frontend, backend, data, and AI projects. Build product features, contribute to frontend and backend work, handle ERP and financial data pipelines, collaborate with engineers and product/AI teams, participate in code reviews, and learn how AI-powered products are designed, built, and deployed.
