Teams at Arc Experience

Supports the Site Coordinator in supervising middle school students, ensuring safety, managing behavior, coordinating enrichment activities, tracking attendance, developing clubs and lesson plans, communicating with parents and school administrators, and maintaining grant compliance. The role is part-time, Monday through Friday, with optional morning and required afternoon shifts.

Assists the Site Coordinator in supervising students, maintaining safety and positive behavior, leading enrichment activities, supporting homework and recreation, managing attendance, communicating with parents and school administrators, developing student clubs and lesson plans, attending trainings, and ensuring program and grant compliance.

Leads before- and after-school activities for children, including homework help, recreation, arts and crafts, educational projects, and enrichment clubs. Maintains a safe, secure environment, monitors behavior, supports social-emotional learning, and adapts activities to diverse student needs. Communicates with students and parents, works Monday through Friday afternoons, and reports to the Site Coordinator.
