Lead after-school activities including homework help, enrichment clubs, arts and recreation. Ensure student safety, monitor behavior, adapt activities to diverse needs, and communicate with parents and site staff. Work Monday–Friday afternoons at school sites.

Manage and oversee daily after-school programs, supervise and train staff, coordinate with school administrators and parents, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and logistics, and support student academic, social, and emotional development.

Manage and oversee multiple after-school and enrichment program sites to ensure program success, compliance, budgets, attendance goals, and safety. Supervise and train staff, coordinate with school administrators and parents, develop community partnerships, organize events, and maintain reporting and federal/state compliance.
