Support the Site Coordinator by supervising student safety and behavior, leading enrichment activities and homework help, developing lesson plans, tracking attendance and sign-ups, liaising with parents and school staff, attending trainings, and ensuring program and grant compliance.

Manage and oversee daily after-school programs, supervise and train staff, coordinate with school administrators and parents, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and logistics, and support student academic, social, and emotional development.

Lead after-school programming for elementary/middle school students: welcome children, supervise safety, provide homework help, run enrichment activities and clubs, manage behavior, and communicate with parents and site staff. Ensure compliance with health and background checks and adapt activities to diverse student needs.
