Responsibilities include requirements gathering, user stories, Scrum facilitation, project coordination, process mapping, Jira-based testing and defect tracking, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, communications, and end-user training. Utility sector experience and familiarity with enterprise, cloud, GIS, billing, and asset-management systems are preferred.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting engagements, including requirements workshops, solution design and configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live support, and process optimization. Partners with technical teams on customizations and integrations, advises clients, supports pre-sales, and mentors junior consultants across ERP implementation and support projects.
