Supervise adult day programs for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Manage staff and classroom schedules, plan recreational activities, ensure program quality and funding compliance, and provide Behavior Learning Therapy. The role also involves performance management, supporting meaningful participant experiences, and completing required crisis-management training and screening.
