Produce and assemble inflator propellant through chemical processing, reagent filling, testing, packaging, and quality control. Maintain accurate manufacturing records, track inventory, follow safety and quality systems, report anomalies, and support process improvements. Work onsite in a manufacturing environment, including weekends, overtime, and occasional on-call shifts.

Lead and manage the propellant team for formulation, process development, scale-up, lab operations, supplier evaluation, safety/regulatory compliance, ballistic modeling, cross-functional support, staff development, and risk/incident prevention.
