Manage and grow global B2B accounts, ensuring coordination between sales and operations, executing partner programs, handling logistics issues, and upholding brand standards.

Own Arc's global wholesale channel P&L across Europe, LATAM, North America and APAC. Open and negotiate new retail and distributor accounts end-to-end, build account playbooks, manage forecast and allocation, and partner with marketing, operations and customer success. Represent Arc at trade shows, feed market insight into product and pricing, and hire and lead the channel team as the function scales.
