Manage PPC campaigns and budgets, mentor PPC specialists, optimize funnels (MQL→SQL) through CRO and A/B testing, coordinate with Sales/Product/Ops, run PR/partnerships, and deliver analytics and ROI-focused reporting.

Perform outbound B2B cold calls to qualify leads and set demo appointments, follow and adapt outreach scripts, log activity in CRM, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach and lead quality.

Manage post-sale relationships for SMB and VIP customers, drive adoption and retention, conduct QBRs, monitor health scores and usage, coordinate escalations with Support/Product, and maintain CRM records while identifying upsell opportunities.
