Leads and develops project coordination teams supporting utility vegetation management programs. Oversees scheduling, crew readiness, workload allocation, customer communication, compliance, safety, technology adoption, data accuracy, reporting, and process improvement across assigned territories. Partners with field operations, environmental personnel, utility customers, and leadership to resolve issues, improve productivity, and ensure work is executed safely and according to requirements. The role includes extensive field travel, customer support, audits, and operational performance tracking.

Manages national federal, state, municipal, utility, and emergency-response accounts while driving business development and revenue growth. Leads opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal development, pricing, contract acquisition, customer relationships, and operational coordination for vegetation management, wildfire mitigation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure programs. Supports contract implementation, customer issue resolution, forecasting, compliance reporting, and industry representation. Requires frequent nationwide travel to customer meetings, bid walks, conferences, and field sites.

Supports multi-state HR shared services, including employee relations, compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, recruitment support, reporting, and HR projects. Serves as a resource for managers and employees, maintains confidential records, assists with investigations and performance management, and helps apply federal and state employment policies across multiple locations.
