Teams at Arbor Trail Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center

Provides direct patient and resident care in skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care settings. Administers medications, changes wound dressings, delivers treatments, and performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests. The Baylor schedule consists of two 16-hour weekend shifts while receiving additional wages. Requires completion of an LPN/LVN program and an active state practical nursing license.
