Teams at Arbor Masters

Perform ground crew duties for tree service operations: maintain tools and equipment, assist climbers, remove limbs and debris, operate hand equipment (chainsaws, rakes, blowers), and follow ANSI/OSHA safety and pruning standards. Work is outdoors and labor-intensive.

Perform tree pruning and removals using ropes, saddles, and aerial rigging. Operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, bucket/claw trucks and other power equipment. Conduct job and risk assessments, assist crew leader with work zone setup and safety, communicate with homeowners, and clean up debris after jobs.

Perform tree pruning and removals using ropes and saddle climbing; operate and maintain heavy and power equipment (bucket trucks, chainsaws, chippers); perform rigging, aerial rigging, jobsite and risk assessments; assist crew leader with safety setup and PPE; communicate with homeowners and crew; clean up debris and maintain tools and equipment.
