Teams at Arbor Masters

Performs ground-support work for tree service crews, including maintaining tools and equipment, assisting climbers, removing limbs and debris, operating chainsaws and other hand equipment, and completing yard cleanup. Follows company, OSHA, and ANSI safety and pruning standards while working outdoors in varied weather and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Performs tree pruning, removals, climbing, felling, rigging, equipment operation and maintenance, tree risk assessments, job-site setup, customer communication, and debris cleanup. The role requires rope-and-saddle climbing experience, knowledge of pruning and removal techniques, safe work at heights, physical stamina, and operation of arboriculture equipment in outdoor conditions.

Coordinates sales and production activities by scheduling projects and appointments, entering leads and jobs, tracking project progress, expenses, contracts, invoices, and client data. Reviews crew time, approves jobs, sends invoices, provides project status reporting, supports change communications, answers customer calls, and serves as a liaison among team members and divisions.
