The Schools Customer Marketing Manager will develop marketing strategies to boost product engagement and retention among school clients, working closely with multiple teams to create campaigns and analyze performance metrics.

Work with the Payments Senior Product Manager to define, scope and deliver the payments product roadmap. Translate user needs into user stories, functional specs, business rules and acceptance criteria; model workflows and system diagrams; ensure PCI and data-protection compliance; triage escalated support issues; coordinate cross-team dependencies; use data to iterate and measure impact; and communicate progress to stakeholders.
