Develop and maintain Arbor’s front-end library, React Native mobile application, component library, and React migration from ExtJS. Lead feature design, documentation, automated testing, code reviews, pair programming, incident remediation, and developer-experience improvements. Collaborate with product, QA, and technical leadership while mentoring engineers, promoting accessibility, scalable architecture, software-engineering best practices, and continuous learning.

The Site Reliability Engineer will improve platform availability, scalability, observability, and resilience. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, SLO implementation, capacity planning, infrastructure automation, incident response, disaster recovery testing, runbook development, postmortems, and collaboration with engineering and platform teams. The role requires Terraform, database, messaging, nginx, monitoring, and SRE experience, with Docker and additional cloud-platform experience beneficial.

Leads the Migration Operations team, managing engineers, capacity, hiring, delivery, and operational quality. Oversees migration readiness, SLAs, triage, incident reviews, risk assessments, escalation, documentation, and automation initiatives. Partners with Product, Platform, Onboarding, and Support teams to improve migration reliability, throughput, and customer communication across products and countries.
