Build Arbol’s sales pipeline by prospecting outbound, qualifying and prioritizing inbound leads, nurturing client relationships, partnering with sellers on account strategies, and tracking sales metrics. The role requires meeting sales quotas, researching prospects, cold calling, managing customer relationships, and communicating effectively. Insurance, fintech, startup, or climate-risk experience is beneficial but not required. The position is remote within the United States.

Lead pricing, reserving, reinsurance, and portfolio analytics for homeowners insurance. Develop rate indications, perform reserve analyses, build dashboards, evaluate catastrophe exposure with AIR, and translate actuarial workflows into AI-enabled, automated tools using Python and collaboration with engineering and AI teams.

Manage complex litigated property and liability claims from assignment through resolution: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, negotiate settlements with claimants and plaintiff attorneys, partner with defense counsel, attend hearings/trials, recommend accurate reserves, use AI-driven tools and claims software, ensure regulatory compliance, detect fraud, manage vendors, mentor junior examiners, and support CAT claim volumes as needed.
