The role involves actuarial governance, model validation, data pipeline integration, AI evaluation, rapid prototyping, and technical collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams. Candidates must translate complex healthcare risk and claims data problems into reproducible software solutions using Python, R, and SQL.

Plan and execute the annual company Summit, external conferences, customer and partner events, webinars, and internal gatherings. Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, contracts, invoices, logistics, communications, event materials, and onsite execution. Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership while resolving issues and improving repeatable event processes. Occasional travel is required for conferences, offsites, and other events.

Build end-to-end healthcare and financial data features across React and Next.js interfaces, API routes, and SQL queries. Create tables, charts, and exports for value-based care contracts, collaborate with product, design, and actuarial teams, and write tests and review code. The role requires strong TypeScript, Python, and React skills, production experience, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Design, implement, and scale automated QA solutions for APIs, full-stack applications, data validation, and UI workflows. Own the QA automation lifecycle, create scalable test frameworks, monitor automated and manual execution, and support continuous delivery. Collaborate with engineering, product, actuarial, and design teams to improve test coverage and release reliability. Validate AI features, including retrieval quality, hallucination risks, and prompt sensitivity.
