Leads a customer-facing technical support organization serving multiple accounts. Responsibilities include managing application engineers, overseeing hardware/software/system integration, resolving complex technical and program issues, scaling support processes, coordinating with Product, R&D, Sales, and Operations, and ensuring customer adoption, satisfaction, and successful delivery of complete solutions.

Drive IC silicon validation, yield optimization, and product maturity from tape-out through high-volume manufacturing. Analyze ATE and wafer data using statistical tools, perform characterization and shmoo analysis, establish production test limits, support OSAT and foundry partners, and investigate quality, reliability, and customer-return issues. Collaborate across design, test, quality, failure analysis, reliability, and manufacturing teams to improve yield and product performance.

Owns day-to-day IT infrastructure, security operations, R&D tooling, vendor coordination, ERP support, compliance controls, identity management, endpoint management, cloud services, automation, troubleshooting, and internal user support. The role requires hands-on Windows and Linux administration, networking, cybersecurity tooling, virtualization, MDM, scripting, and end-to-end project ownership.

Design, implement, and optimize embedded C/C++ software for Arbe’s radar chipset across drivers, middleware, and application layers. Collaborate with systems architecture and hardware teams, optimize memory, performance, and power efficiency, debug hardware/software interfaces, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
