The Senior Contracts Manager will draft, review, negotiate, and administer customer, vendor, SaaS, software, marketing, partner, and corporate agreements. Responsibilities include managing renewals and obligations, advising cross-functional teams on contractual risk, applying playbooks and templates, maintaining contract records, supporting lifecycle management, improving contracting processes, and monitoring legal and market developments affecting enterprise SaaS transactions.

CFO-aligned individual contributor responsible for end-to-end revenue financial operations: billing governance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, forecasting, reconciliations, controls, audit support, systems/data ownership (Salesforce/Certinia/ERP/PSA/Datarails), automation using AI and low-code tools, and cross-functional partnerships to improve revenue integrity and financial reporting.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable including billing, collections, adjustments, and remittance processing. Monitor aging, resolve billing discrepancies, support onboarding and invoicing, perform multi-state sales tax reconciliations, month-end AR close, audit support, and drive process improvements and ad hoc AR analysis.
