The Engineering Operations Lead focuses on designing operational systems, defining processes, and enabling engineering teams to improve execution and delivery through structured methods.

Lead and coach two cross-functional product engineering teams (5-7 people each) as a servant-leader. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, protect scope, support planning/estimation, drive predictable delivery, align cross-team dependencies, and promote Agile adoption and a psychologically safe, collaborative culture across global teams.

Join the ASF QA team to test and improve Aras Innovator web applications. Responsibilities include functional and non-functional testing, creating and maintaining test documentation, developing testing strategies, planning and estimating testing tasks, writing and reviewing automated tests, tracking bugs and quality metrics, participating in Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure delivery quality.
