Support EMEA enterprise subscribers using Aras Innovator by driving adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Serve as the technical advisor by diagnosing issues, conducting architecture reviews, coaching customers on PLM best practices, managing escalations, and translating technical requirements into business outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product Management while building trusted stakeholder relationships and developing customer success tools and best practices.

Qualify and triage inbound marketing leads, generate new demand, perform outreach and qualification calls, maintain CRM data hygiene, enrich contact records, analyze outreach sequence performance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead management.

Supports marketing operations by maintaining database quality, managing audience segmentation and lead lifecycle processes, monitoring integrations across Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase, and resolving data issues. Builds dashboards, reports, and attribution insights while supporting campaign, form, and nurture program execution. Documents processes and collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps stakeholders. The role is designed for an early-career professional interested in marketing technology, data, systems, and process improvement.
