Customer-facing PreSales Engineer responsible for driving ECAD-related opportunities across EMEA: conducting workshops, translating requirements into ECAD-PLM solutions, building demos/PoCs, supporting RFI/RFPs, coordinating a small PreSales team, and collaborating with Sales, Services, and Product to ensure smooth delivery.

Design, deploy, and operate customer cloud environments for the Aras PLM platform. Automate CI/CD, reduce operational toil, manage multi-region cloud deployments (Azure preferred), troubleshoot production issues, monitor SLAs, remediate security/privacy incidents, collaborate with DevOps/support/development teams, respond to customer support and on-call duties.

Design, plan and execute functional and non-functional tests for the Aras Innovator web application; create and maintain test documentation and automation, analyze requirements, report and track bugs, participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and contribute to QA process improvements.
