Manage renewal planning, risk tracking, quotes, contract amendments, CRM records, and renewal transactions for a portfolio of accounts. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Professional Services, and Project Management teams to complete renewals accurately and on time. Serve as a customer contact, identify retention risks and growth opportunities, support customer engagement, and contribute to recurring revenue goals.

Leads enterprise Aras Innovator PLM deployments from planning through execution, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, invoicing, and customer milestones. Owns Professional Services engagements, coordinates cross-functional teams, manages enterprise stakeholders, and drives successful customer outcomes across multiple projects. Requires substantial experience managing large PLM or enterprise software implementations, teams, commercial clients, and project financials. Travel may reach 50%.

Develop customized integrations between ECAD and PLM systems from conception through implementation, maintenance, documentation, quality assurance, and customer deployment. Design object-oriented applications and interface solutions using modern programming practices, support integration into existing IT landscapes, and provide commissioning and ongoing support. The role requires collaboration with customers and communication in fluent German and English.
