Own sales enablement and renewal/expansion lifecycle programs for a B2B SaaS organization. Build seller playbooks, onboarding, certifications, coaching frameworks, renewal processes, automation, and performance metrics. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Marketing, and field teams to improve seller productivity, pipeline generation, deal execution, retention, and expansion.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure for Kubernetes-based distributed database systems on AWS and Google Cloud. Ensure high availability, performance, observability, and stability for stateful ArangoDB deployments on Kubernetes. Collaborate across engineering teams, troubleshoot distributed systems, define deployment best practices, support AWS GovCloud expansion, and mentor contributors. U.S. citizenship is required, and active security clearance is preferred.
