Own the technical customer relationship from discovery through production and expansion. Design graph, multi-model, GraphRAG, vector retrieval, AI agent, data pipeline, security, observability, and cloud architectures. Build prototypes and reference implementations, guide deployment, establish evaluation and monitoring practices, document solutions, train customer teams, and provide product feedback. The role requires deep graph expertise, applied AI and Python skills, production systems experience, and strong executive-to-engineering communication.

Lead Arango’s digital acquisition, performance marketing, website optimization, SEO, AEO, GEO, video, creative, and demand-generation programs. Manage paid media, conversion paths, experiments, analytics, campaigns, events, webinars, and product-led digital experiences. Partner with Sales, Product, Design, Engineering, and agencies to improve pipeline, revenue, ROI, and customer engagement. The role also co-manages HubSpot and develops scalable AI-assisted marketing workflows.
