Manage end-to-end recruitment for seasonal and permanent Food and Beverage roles, including applicant screening, interviews, assessment centres, and recruitment events. Deliver new starter inductions covering Food Safety and Health & Safety, maintain training records, identify development needs, and handle related administration such as onboarding, resignations, and departmental coordination.

Supports daily operations across departments by handling administrative tasks, customer service, filing, inventory and stock coordination, workplace organization, recordkeeping, and general team assistance. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, clear communication, safe working practices, and the ability to prioritize changing tasks while identifying process improvements.

Develops and delivers blended learning, onboarding, compliance, management development, and apprenticeship programs for Croke Park colleagues. Creates interactive training content, manages LMS activities and learning dashboards, evaluates program effectiveness, and ensures mandatory training completion. The role partners with stakeholders to improve hospitality operations, customer service, colleague development, retention, and internal promotion.
