Teams at Arab-American Family Support Center

Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of AAFSC's immigration legal services program. Supervise staff, manage intake and casework, ensure grant compliance, deliver direct immigration representation and consultations, run community outreach and Know Your Rights trainings, and build partnerships to expand services and referral networks.

Support the grants portfolio by processing grant transactions, preparing journal entries and financial reports, monitoring budgets and variances, performing reconciliations, assisting with audits and closeouts, and collaborating with program staff and funders to ensure compliance and accurate grant financials.

Manage financial oversight for the organization's grants portfolio: budgeting, reporting, vouchering, variance analysis, compliance, audits, and collaboration with program and development teams to ensure accurate, timely grant financial management and internal controls.
