The Technical Implementation Specialist will manage software implementations, migrations, and integrations for clients in the single-family lending space, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption through training and support.

Lead and mature the Product function for a public-housing software suite. Define product vision and roadmap, introduce disciplined product management practices, coach three Product Owners, partner with Development, Sales, and Marketing, engage customers, and guide the transition from a legacy desktop application to a modern web-based platform while exploring AI-enabled product delivery.

Process federal Title IV disbursements, perform Return to Title IV (R2T4) and refund calculations, manage withdrawals and refunds, audit financial aid records for compliance, partner with school administrators to resolve operational questions, and support continuous process improvement across multiple systems.

Provide consultative Title IV financial aid compliance expertise to colleges and career schools. Conduct institutional file reviews, perform verification and R2T4 calculations, respond to regulatory inquiries, identify compliance risks, and produce guidance, documentation, and SOPs to strengthen institutional financial aid practices.

Drive new business and account expansion within Public Housing Authorities. Build trusted client relationships, lead consultative sales, deliver demos and RFP responses, support implementations and adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent Emphasys at events (≈20% travel).
