Supports technical execution and coordination of microelectronics utility infrastructure projects, including engineering reviews, vendor and construction coordination, commissioning, startup, testing, troubleshooting, turnover, and operational readiness. Works with project managers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary global teams on wastewater treatment, water reclaim, ultrapure water, and zero liquid discharge systems. Participates in technical documentation, field execution, FAT, SAT, startup planning, and system performance verification.

The Director of Strategic Initiatives serves as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, translating enterprise priorities into execution plans and measurable results. Responsibilities include leading management and board operating rhythms, coordinating governance calendars and executive materials, tracking KPIs and strategic initiatives, supporting M&A and transformation efforts, preparing executive communications, and driving accountability across senior leaders. The role monitors business performance, escalates risks, and facilitates enterprise prioritization across growth, profitability, talent, execution, and customer outcomes.

Leads Aquatech’s global Microelectronics Engineering organization and sets its technical strategy, standards, culture, and execution discipline. Provides senior technical leadership for semiconductor water and wastewater projects spanning UPW, WWT, reclaim, and ZLD. Establishes engineering standards, qualifies emerging technologies, improves quality and efficiency, develops KPIs, leads continuous improvement, and mentors engineering leaders. Requires extensive semiconductor utility infrastructure expertise and experience building multidisciplinary engineering organizations.
