The role requires advanced Primavera P6, cost management software, BIM integration, and FIDIC or NEC contract expertise.

The Regional Controller oversees financial health and daily accounting operations, including financial statement preparation, cost accounting, inventory costing, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounts receivable and payable, banking, purchasing, audits, and internal controls. The role develops financial KPIs and operational improvement strategies, supports manufacturing-related accounting, and ensures GAAP and revenue-recognition compliance. This is an on-site position in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, requiring leadership, ERP expertise, and strong communication skills.

Leads end-to-end O&M bid and proposal development for industrial water and wastewater service opportunities. Develops pricing, cost models, bid strategies, commercial narratives, risk registers, and profitability scenarios. Reviews RFPs, RFQs, and contracts; coordinates operations, engineering, finance, procurement, legal, and regional teams; supports negotiations; and improves bid governance and tools. The role requires strong commercial judgment, O&M service knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
