Makes outbound calls to recover sales from service invoices, unsold leads, canceled business, and unperformed quoted work. Builds customer relationships, recommends products and services, negotiates and closes deals, meets inside-sales metrics, supports pricing adjustments, and helps develop sales processes. The role requires onsite attendance, strong organization, communication, follow-through, customer service, and the ability to work in a competitive, goal-driven environment.

Supports accounting operations through collection calls, record scanning, finance queue work, customer inquiry resolution, and backup for accounts receivable, credit, and accounts payable. Assists with accounting projects, reporting, policies, procedures, and documentation. Requires accuracy, organization, adaptability, accounting knowledge, invoice processing experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and reliable on-site attendance.
