Develops and executes content and digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, websites, blogs, sales collateral, and product launches. Creates visual content using Adobe tools, photography, and video editing; supports events and trade shows; writes, edits, and proofreads marketing materials; monitors campaign metrics; and maintains brand quality. The role manages multiple projects, coordinates vendors, and uses SEO, analytics, marketing automation, and content management tools to improve engagement, lead generation, and product growth.

Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for SaaS products, modems, industrial controllers, and cellular connectivity. Diagnose device, connectivity, and platform issues; guide customers through troubleshooting; manage modem integrations; document and escalate bugs to engineering; and deliver reports. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration, customer relationship management, data analysis, and proactive communication. It is preferably onsite in Hanover, Pennsylvania, with infrequent travel and possible remote flexibility.

Generates project quotations and provides pre- and post-sales technical support for commercial water treatment equipment. Analyzes customer requirements, develops cost-effective solutions, coordinates quote workflows, supports production design, and assists with complex project timelines and costing. The role requires water treatment controls and equipment expertise, knowledge of industrial communication protocols, strong customer communication, and effective coordination with technical, production, and sales teams.
