Improve and scale workflows, advise on employee relations and performance matters, maintain audit-ready records, and drive HR reporting, AI-powered automation, and a consistent employee experience.

Lead a 5-person Compute Engineering team to build and operate the compute platform for scientific simulations and ML workloads. Own roadmap delivery, platform scalability, reliability, CI/CD and IaC, and cross-functional coordination with Product, AI and Science teams. Hire, mentor, and grow engineers while driving operational excellence and modern engineering practices.
