Lead risk‑based internal audits, manage a small audit team, engage senior stakeholders, report to governance forums, and drive assurance maturity, controls improvement and follow-up across the organisation.

Support applied educational research projects: literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, school visits, reports, presentations, and dissemination to shape assessment design and policy.

Lead and develop an eight-person content coordinator team to plan, produce and assure high-quality, customer-focused content across training, events, video and digital assets. Act as deputy to the Customer Content Manager, drive consistent processes, capacity planning, governance and copyright compliance, use data and AI-enabled tools to measure performance, and foster stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and commercial outcomes.
