The Vice President of Product Management leads product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, competitive research, and delivery across Aptys payment solutions. This executive recruits and develops product management teams, partners with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and support, manages release planning and prioritization, defines requirements and prototypes, evaluates product opportunities, and measures product success. The role requires financial services and payments expertise, executive communication, Agile experience, and the ability to scale high-performing product organizations.

Designs, develops, maintains, and supports scalable financial and e-commerce applications. Responsibilities include building new functionality, troubleshooting customer and production issues, developing unit and higher-level tests, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting customer rollouts, researching technologies, and improving existing products. The role requires regular customer interaction and experience with .NET, ASP.NET, web services, SQL, UI development, automated testing, DevOps, and cloud deployment.
