Manage multiple IT and Business Intelligence projects from planning through completion, controlling scope, quality, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, testing, training, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate onsite and remote teams, contractors, executives, and sponsors; track forecasts, variances, and realized value; develop mitigation plans; support Agile and waterfall delivery; and ensure compliance with organizational processes. Healthcare project experience, Scrum certifications, PMP certification, and business requirements gathering are preferred or advantageous.

Conduct manual and automated black-box and white-box penetration testing for web and mobile applications. Develop threat models, fuzzers, security tools, and vulnerability reports; review architecture and code; recommend remediation; train developers in secure coding; support security operations, compliance, and policy initiatives; and evaluate emerging security technologies.

Develop commercial-grade Android mobile and web applications using strong UI development skills, HTML5, web frameworks, databases, XML, and XSLT. Work in Agile, continuous integration, and TDD environments while improving user experience and consumer value. The role requires expert Android platform knowledge, global software delivery experience, and proactive self-directed learning.
