Supports recruitment activities and employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, documentation, HR records, audits, and compliance. Maintains accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems while coordinating with HR, payroll, IT, and business teams. Contributes to HR process improvements, automation, and new rollouts.

The Senior Client Executive will focus on acquiring new clients for Aptos Unified Commerce solutions, engaging in strategic sales, fostering partnerships, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.

Provides broad legal support for a SaaS business, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on privacy and AI governance, developing legal playbooks, supporting corporate governance, monitoring regulatory developments, and contributing to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, HR, and other teams to manage legal risk and enable business growth.

Manage corporate tax compliance and provision across Canada, U.S., U.K. and other jurisdictions; handle transfer pricing, intercompany structuring, tax audits, sales/indirect tax reviews, financial statement tax notes, and lead one direct report while supporting systems integration and global tax planning.
