Designs, develops, and maintains RESTful APIs, backend services, and serverless applications using Node.js and AWS. Builds complex web and cross-platform mobile applications with React and React Native. Collaborates with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features and integrations, while ensuring performance, quality, and security through testing and code reviews. Troubleshoots complex integration issues across systems and environments.

Develop AI-driven analytics tools, including custom LLM agents, semantic layers, RAG pipelines, and production data pipelines. Deploy and monitor AI applications in AWS, optimize prompts, embeddings, and vector search, and validate agent responses with SQL. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Implementation Services, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into reliable AI features and align platform standards.

Develop Python backend services, FastAPI endpoints, integrations, MCP tools, business workflows, and agent actions. Build AI agent workflows with LangChain and Amazon Bedrock, create prompts and AI skills, process structured and semi-structured business data, and deliver reusable service components for cloud-native retail solutions.

Lead the architecture and development of an enterprise agentic AI platform using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, LangChain, FastAPI, MCP servers, and cloud-native microservices. Design multi-agent workflows, RAG solutions, APIs, governance controls, authentication, authorization, auditability, and observability. Establish engineering best practices, lead design reviews, implement prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks, and mentor junior engineers.

The Senior Client Executive will focus on acquiring new clients for Aptos Unified Commerce solutions, engaging in strategic sales, fostering partnerships, and managing client relationships to drive business growth.

Provides broad legal support for a SaaS business, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on privacy and AI governance, developing legal playbooks, supporting corporate governance, monitoring regulatory developments, and contributing to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, HR, and other teams to manage legal risk and enable business growth.

Manage corporate tax compliance and provision across Canada, U.S., U.K. and other jurisdictions; handle transfer pricing, intercompany structuring, tax audits, sales/indirect tax reviews, financial statement tax notes, and lead one direct report while supporting systems integration and global tax planning.
