The Head of Business Development will drive Shelby's go-to-market strategy, secure partnerships, and build the commercial foundation of a decentralized storage ecosystem.

Secure Aptos core infrastructure and products via design reviews, code audits, penetration tests; build security tools and mitigations; define secure operational practices; advise engineers; and triage bug bounty reports.

Design, build, and optimize backend services and platform infrastructure for the Aptos blockchain. Develop scalable APIs, indexing services, data pipelines, node operations tooling, SDKs, and monitoring. Write production-ready, well-tested code and collaborate with protocol, infrastructure, and product engineers; mentor or lead engineers as the team scales.
