Leads ServiceNow technical projects supporting VA EHR modernization, managing roadmaps, Agile delivery, requirements, configuration, integrations, reporting, testing, releases, governance, adoption, and sustainment. Coordinates cross-functional teams, government stakeholders, architecture and security reviews, API dependencies, dashboards, data quality, and executive communications. Requires ServiceNow expertise, technical project management, business analysis, Agile/Scrum leadership, regulated-environment experience, and eligibility for VA Public Trust access.

Develops and coordinates multi-phased facility transition and relocation plans, including occupancy milestones, move sequencing, departmental plans, resource coordination, risk identification, readiness assessments, and post-move issue resolution. The role coordinates personnel, equipment, furnishings, supplies, vendors, logistics, facility operations, and project leadership to support successful relocation and operational readiness for the VA Martinsburg Warehouse project.

Supports the VA QUERI program by measuring and reporting project impacts, managing databases and information repositories, maintaining SOPs, and analyzing data using REDCap and Excel. Applies implementation science, quality improvement frameworks, and generative AI to improve processes and inform program decisions. Coordinates stakeholders, prepares reports, ensures data accuracy, and independently manages administrative workstreams in a remote, matrixed research environment.
