Lead automotive embedded product development: gather and translate requirements into user stories, maintain product backlog, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and configuration. Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE, drive concept-to-production, and lead multidisciplinary international teams while coordinating quality assurance and stakeholder communication.

Manage and enforce APQP processes and key gate deliverables. Prepare and maintain PFDs, PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, capability studies, MSA, Run @ Rate and GP-12 activities. Document customer requirements, enforce EHS policies, and has authority to halt production for abnormal process control.

Lead design and development of AUTOSAR-based embedded software architectures for automotive ADAS (radar). Define patterns, drive SDLC, ensure ASPICE compliance, perform AUTOSAR modeling/configuration, use Vector CANalyzer/CANoe and Renesas hardware for testing, and engage with customers for architecture solutions and validation.
