Coordinates cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, program management, and customers. Manages launch schedules, APQP, PPAP, production validation, run-at-rate, SOP readiness, engineering changes, risks, capacity, materials, and escalation resolution. Ensures compliance with IATF 16949, VDA, automotive core tools, customer requirements, and quality standards while reporting launch status and KPIs to leadership.

Leads industrialization of radar and electronics products from business award through serial production. Coordinates cross-functional manufacturing activities, drives DFM/DFA, develops production line concepts, manages equipment sourcing and buy-offs, and oversees PFMEA, validation, capability studies, prototype builds, risk mitigation, and launch readiness.

Manages the Helix Virtualization Platform software engineering team developing mission-critical RTOS capabilities for avionics and automotive applications. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, planning and estimating features, leading Agile development and testing, allocating resources, managing budgets, improving processes, securing tools and hardware, and collaborating with architects, product managers, customers, and other teams. The role also provides technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication.
