Provides internal IT support and routine administration for Windows and macOS endpoints, identity and access services, Microsoft 365, Okta, collaboration tools, corporate applications, connectivity, and equipment lifecycle processes. Supports onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, compliance checks, documentation, asset management, backup checks, internal tools, automation, and office technology. Escalates issues appropriately and collaborates with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

Administer and secure Windows and Linux server environments supporting classified and internal systems. Responsibilities include system hardening, vulnerability scanning and remediation, user access management, security audits, compliance documentation, and support for RMF and NIST requirements. The role collaborates with cybersecurity and IT teams, auditors, and program personnel to maintain secure, compliant, and operational mission-critical environments.

Design, develop, and apply AI and machine learning models for mission-critical defense applications. Build multimodal sensor, computer vision, NLP, and large language model solutions using Python and ML frameworks. Analyze large datasets, implement computational models and algorithms, collaborate with software engineers in agile teams, transition research into production-ready software, support proposals and technical reports, and present work to customers and professional audiences.
